Where we ship
Checkout currently accepts shipping addresses in the United States only. We do not offer an expedited or overnight service. We do not ship to addresses outside the United States. PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, remote locations, and oversized products may be refused at review if the live warehouse route cannot cover them at the prepaid price. We verify deliverability before supplier purchase.
Manual review before supplier purchase
A successful Stripe payment does not automatically place a supplier order. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party warehouses, including CJdropshipping. During the manual-approval phase, we confirm payment clearance, fraud-review status, the exact catalog product and variant, current availability, deliverability to the address, and the live landed cost. Flagged payments remain on hold. If the order cannot be fulfilled as sold, we will contact you or cancel and refund it rather than buy an unverified substitute.
Handling and delivery estimates
When all checks pass, we aim to submit the supplier order within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin after the warehouse accepts and dispatches the order—not at payment. Checkout and Your Account show the window for that product. It is not a guarantee. The actual route can be faster or slower depending on warehouse location, stock, item type, carrier, holidays, weather, customs, and the destination. The approved live quote and tracking record control over a generic estimate.
Shipping charges and destination import costs
The storefront currently does not add a separate shipping line at Stripe Checkout; the listed product price is intended to include the approved standard-delivery estimate. We recheck freight before supplier purchase. We will not charge a surprise price increase after payment. If the live route cannot be covered safely, we will seek your agreement to a change or cancel the order.
CJdropshipping is responsible for applicable mainland-China export processing on orders it fulfills. Destination import duty, tax, or carrier collection that is assessed after export is not prepaid by us unless checkout displayed that charge. Some China-origin parcels can incur a U.S. import or brokerage bill. If a carrier or customs broker demands a destination charge, that charge is the recipient’s unless we agreed otherwise in writing or the law requires us to cover it.
Address responsibility
Enter and review a complete deliverable street address, unit number, name, email, and phone number at Stripe Checkout. The address saved in Your Account is only a convenience note; the address confirmed during checkout is used for that order. Contact us immediately about an error. Once warehouse processing starts, an address change is generally impossible. Buyer-error logistics—wrong or incomplete address, “no such number,” unknown recipient, refused delivery, missed pickup, no safe location, or uncleared customs—generally do not qualify for a supplier refund. An unclaimed package that bounces can be placed in the supplier’s private inventory rather than refunded, and loss on that return transit is not the supplier’s responsibility.
Tracking and split shipments
We provide tracking after the supplier or carrier posts it. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages, with separate tracking numbers and dates. Tracking can take several days to show its first scan. A tracking link shown in Your Account must come from the order record; never pay a fee through an unexpected tracking message without contacting us first.
Delay, loss, damage, or wrong item
Contact us promptly with the Stripe order reference and evidence. For a U.S.-bound shipment, a supplier delay dispute is generally available only 45 days after the order leaves the CJ warehouse; some other routes are 60 days or longer. A delay claim is not available merely because the package is still in transit inside that window.
If tracking shows delivered, the supplier generally will not refund or resend unless you obtain an official non-delivery certification from the carrier or local post office. A porch-empty statement is not enough. Damaged outer boxes alone, loose threads, slight wrinkles, and small scratches generally do not qualify. For product damage, defects, missing parts, or an incorrect item, keep the item and packaging and send photos or video within 30 days after delivery. See our Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy.
