Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ManCaves.Store or place an order. The Payment, Shipping, Privacy, and Returns policies linked below are incorporated into these terms. If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights, that law controls.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement or use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.
- Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
- Do not probe, disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, bypass controls, misuse accounts, submit fraudulent claims, or use the site unlawfully.
2. Customer accounts
Checkout does not require an account. An optional account must verify the email address before it can display orders associated with that address. Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may expire sessions, lock repeated failed logins, or require reverification to protect order information. The address saved in the dashboard does not replace the shipping address confirmed for an individual Stripe Checkout order.
3. Product information and availability
Product data, images, variants, inventory, freight, and delivery estimates can originate with a third-party supplier and can change. Colors and finishes on your screen are not a guarantee of the physical product. We work to validate listings, but a page is not a guarantee that the exact variant remains available or that every supplier claim is independently laboratory-tested. We may correct an obvious error, remove an unavailable item, or cancel and refund an affected order. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase the charge without your agreement.
4. Orders, payment, and fraud review
Stripe hosts payment checkout. An order is paid only when Stripe confirms successful payment, and it remains subject to stock, landed-cost, address, compliance, and fraud review before supplier purchase. A payment marked for review, elevated risk, or another fraud-related flag will not be fulfilled until it clears or is manually approved. We may cancel or refund an order that cannot safely or lawfully be fulfilled. See the Payment Policy.
5. Fulfillment, shipping, cancellations, and returns
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third parties, including CJdropshipping, and multi-item orders may arrive separately. This is not a 30-day satisfaction or change-of-mind program. Cancellation is generally available only before warehouse processing. Qualifying damage, defect, incorrect-item, or missing-part claims must be opened in writing with photos or video no later than 30 days after delivery. U.S. delay disputes are generally available only 45 days after the order leaves the CJ warehouse. Tracking marked delivered generally requires an official carrier or post-office non-delivery certification. CJdropshipping’s U.S. warehouse does not accept consumer returns; a physical return, when required, is typically to a China warehouse and only after written authorization. Unauthorized returns, buyer-error addresses, unclaimed or refused packages, box-only damage, and minor cosmetic issues generally do not qualify. Contact us through the contact form or Your Account before opening a card-issuer dispute, except where the issuer or law requires otherwise. Supplier rules affect available resolutions but do not remove non-waivable consumer rights. Review the Shipping Policy and Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy.
6. Ownership and permitted use
The site’s original branding, layout, and content are owned by ManCaves.Store or used under license. Supplier and manufacturer names, images, and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not republish protected content without permission.
7. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are sold as described at checkout, without a separate store warranty beyond any non-waivable rights. Manufacturer or supplier warranties, if any, remain between you and that party. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for waivable claims arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning defective, unsafe, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods, fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.
8. Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new date. Terms in effect when an order is placed continue to govern that order unless a later change benefits you or is required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
9. Governing rules
Florida law governs to the extent a choice of law is permitted, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply where they live. These terms do not prevent either party from using a court or remedy that applicable law makes available.
